Our Personal Bankers stay up to date on recent banking trends and are continuously improving their skills and financial knowledge. Every Personal Banker has passed the American Banking Association’s Universal Banker Certificate course, and have completed, or are working toward, both the American Banking Association’s Personal Banker Certificate and the Residential Mortgage Lender Certificate.

All Personal Bankers are also trained in the latest banking technology and all banking procedures, like handling day-to-day transactions and loan paperwork.
