North Country Savings Bank notifies customers by mail if an account has more than six (6) overdraft fees charged in a 12 month period. If you do not wish to receive this notification you must opt out by completing the Overdraft Notification Form below.

If you have previously opted out of Overdraft Notification but would like to reenroll, select the second option and complete the form below.
