Take Advantage of a CD special that allows you to stay flexible. With a renewal every 3-months, your funds won't stay tied up long term. Interest is compounded monthly and credited at month-end and at maturity. Account holders receive a quarterly statement on this account.

*You must maintain both a Rewards Checking Account and a Rewards Savings Account relationship with the North Country Savings Bank to open this account. A deposit of $50 is required to open the required Rewards Savings Account, and a $25 deposit is required to open the required Rewards Checking Account. A daily balance method will be used to calculate interest on each of these accounts, and a daily periodic rate will be applied to the principal. You must deposit $1,000.00 to open an account and you must maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the account to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield (APY). If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of ninety days simple interest at the rate in effect on the account. Interest earned within a term may be withdrawn, but withdrawal will reduce earning. Fees could reduce earnings. APYs are effective November 3rd, 2026.
